Transformative!

March is complicated and eventful with lots of planetary action occurring. Highlights include Venus and Mercury which will be Retrograde, Saturn and Uranus changing signs, two Eclipses and a powerful Major Conjunction in Pisces! Get ready for shifts!

Buckle up, here we go…..

March 1—April 12: Venus Retrograde in Pisces
Venus Retrogrades about every 18 months and this time it will be in Pisces during its retrograde and then will remain in Pisces until May 31. Venus is exalted in Pisces which means it is at its most powerful and positive expression heightening capacity for love, compassion, and creativity. However, during this time there is a problem because it is between Rahu and Neptune, which cause fog and confusion and it is Retrograde, bringing back relationship issues to be healed. Venus rules relationships and partnerships of all kinds including love, business, friends, family, children. Retrogrades bring up the past to help us heal unresolved feelings and to learn how to resolve issues for the future. This energy can bring great change in relationships and or bring healing to relationships that need help.

To complicate things a bit, on March 22, Venus becomes a morning star and this can bring unrest in relationships and in the world.

March 11: Mercury and Venus conjunct at 14 degrees Pisces
A time of reflection and healing, a time to look back to heal things from the past for healing. Brings a new awareness to what needs to be healed.

March 11: Sun and Saturn Conjunction in Aquarius at 27 degrees
Saturn is ruled by Aquarius and is in its own sign, making it powerful. However, at the same time Saturn is Combust the Sun. In Vedic astrology, a combust planet is a planet that is too close to the sun, causing it to lose strength and influence. When Saturn is Combust, it’s said to symbolize a time of potential change and transformation.

The Sun is primarily considered the ruler of government and authority, while Saturn is associated with service, discipline, and karma, often signifying the “worker” or the structure that supports the government. During this time there can be fear and anger with the government.

March 13 / 14: Blood Moon Total Lunar Eclipse in Leo
An Eclipse is when the Full Moon comes together with Rahu and Ketu. This Eclipse will begin in the late evening of March 13 and continue into the early morning of March 14. The Sun is at 29 degrees of Aquarius and Moon is at 29 degrees Leo—where they are at the edge of changing signs which brings this Eclipse extra intense energy! The lunar eclipse will begin in Leo, a fire sign, and end in Virgo (an earth sign).

The Moon in Leo and the Sun in Aquarius axis represents balancing individual expression with collective systems and control. Key themes will be power structures and struggle between personal freedom and group control.

A lunar eclipse represents the alignment of the Sun, Earth, and Moon, which can be metaphorically interpreted as the alignment of mind, body, and soul, where the Earth (representing the physical body) sits between the Sun (representing the mind/consciousness) and the Moon (representing the emotions/spirit), creating a moment of balance and interconnectedness between these aspects of oneself.

This powerful Eclipse brings transformation and change as Eclipses bring endings and new beginnings. The energy will be emotional and sensitive!

March 14-April 13: Sun Transits Pisces
Introspection, spirituality, and emotional depth are highlighted. Pisces, the last sign of the zodiac, represents the culmination of the soul’s journey, symbolizing compassion, intuition, and connection with the divine. This transit is a good time for spiritual practices, creative endeavors, and acts of compassion. It is a time for healing, letting go of the past, and preparing for new beginnings as the zodiac cycle completes. The Sun in Pisces encourages intuition, empathy, and a connection with higher realms of consciousness.

March 15-April 7:  Mercury Retrograde in Pisces
Mercury in Pisces is considered debilitated, meaning it is weak where it can be confused and struggle to differentiate between logic and emotion. Now that it is Retrograde, in addition to being debilitated, it makes for very confusing communication!  Be very mindful of communication problems and misunderstandings. Travel will be difficult. Venus and Mercury both retrograde and Conjunct brings potential disruptions in communication, travel, and technology, requiring patience and clarity. Back up your computer and pay attention before you send an email and sign a contract. There will be much confusion in the world.

March 15-April 14: Sun and Rahu Conjunction in Pisces

March 17: Exact Conjunction of Sun and Rahu – intense energy
In Vedic Astrology the Sun and Rahu are enemies. The Sun represents our general health and well-being, power and influence government institutions and authority figures. Rahu represents illusions, desires, ambition, and power achieved through deception, often associated with obsessions and the pursuit of material goals, While they are in Conjunction, it can signify a struggle between honest power and deceptive ambition.

March 18: Uranus Transits into Taurus – until 2031
Uranus represents revolution, innovation, radical shifts, shock and changes that are often unforeseen.

For the next two months Uranus will be Conjunct the fixed star Algol.

This signifies a period of potential intense challenges, transformations, and even disruptive experiences, often associated with themes of fear, aggression, and sudden change, due to Algol’s reputation as the “Demon Star.

Uranus will be in the Nakshatra Krittika until July 2026 which brings transformation, radical shifts, and crisis.

Uranus’s chaotic energies encourage people to welcome bold ideas and let go of patterns that no longer benefit them. 

March 29-June 3, 2027: Saturn Transits Into Pisces in the Nakshatra Uttarabadrapada
Saturn is the slowest moving planet. This is a very unique Transit because it occurs during the Solar Eclipse. Saturn is methodical and in Pisces it is intuitive bringing a blend of energy that brings self-awareness, spiritual development and significant change. This energy forces us to face fears and insecurities and do work on ourselves. During the next two and half years we will be facing and mending our emotional wounds. Reevaluating life and goals and work choices will be highlighted. People will yearn for more inner peace. Self-discipline and self-awareness will be important growth.

This energy also brings in natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis and floods.

Saturn will Conjunct Rahu between March and May. The last time was in 1968 which bring can bring possible assassination attempts.

March 29 – RARE 7 Planet Conjunction with a solar eclipse in Pisces!
Saturn Transits Into Pisces! All planets are Aspecting Ketu! Sun, Rahu, Saturn, Moon, Venus, Mercury and Neptune.

Such a powerful Eclipse! This major Conjunction will bring great change and transformation. People with feel much emotion including irritability, mood swings and anxiety. Pisces is a water sign and the last zodiac sign of the zodiac which indicates an end or completion. This energy could impact the world with water-based calamities, storms, floods, earthquakes, strange weather patterns, water born infections.

This eclipse signals a major transition. It highlights closures and new phases. The interactions of the planets are complex. Mercury is both combust, debilitated, and retrograde which is weak and confusing. Venus is in its exaltation in Pisces but it is also retrograde which weakens it considerably. Currently, Rahu is also close to Mercury and Venus. Rahu takes the energy of the planets that it encounters. All of the planets will be affected by this energy. This energy brings delays, frustrations, fear and confusion.  This will bring societal changes, technology, spiritual and global consciousness.

Grand opportunity to go inward. Find your balance and focus on yourself. Be aware of the consequence of your actions. If you can, help people in need. The theme of the Stellium in Pisces is coming back to complete something uncomfortable then starting fresh with renewed energy.

With Ketu in Virgo and 7 planets in Pisces, this celestial setup brings themes of health crises, mass conflicts and spiritual transformation. Disease, increase in conflict, water calamities, challenges worldwide. Jupiter is aspecting Ketu so solutions will be there.

Because this is such an intense energy avoid conflict if possible.   Best to avoid travel during this conjunction. Mercury Retrograde in Pisces adds a layer of confusion, delays – making this potent. The Eclipse in Pisces may increase sightings of UFO’s or unexplained phenomena.

Although this month brings challenging energy it opens the opportunity for deep spirituality, faith, growth and renewal. Above all, practice patience and kindness.
